Shared RDP Session on the RDP-Servers Console

Have you ever sit on the console of a RDP-Server
machine like Windows Server 2000 or Windows Server
2003 and wanted support from an other Person. What I
did was to login to a local RDP-Session, asked the
other person to also logon into an RDP Session on my
machine and then the other Person "Remote-Controlled"
my Session. This was allways a lot of effort and also
all the open Programs where gone.
There is a way, how a Terminalsession can "Remote-Control" the Console of a RDP-Server.
Please look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278845 for Details
This only seems to work for Server 2003 machines (as stated by Microsoft)
